Select Fill & Compaction: We bring in non-expansive fill and compact it in “lifts” to ensure a rock-solid base that won’t shift.
Laser Grading: We grade to within fractions of an inch to ensure concrete yields are accurate and drainage is perfect.

Why do I need 'Select Fill'?

The native soil in North Texas is too expansive. Select fill (usually a sandy-clay mix) provides a stable “cushion” that doesn’t expand and contract as much with the rain.
